Key

Hi,

I have HTC P3400i. yesterday when i was trying to receive my call by receive key it was not responding. After my call mobile key pad was not responding so i restarted the mobile by pressing restart button. It went to manufacture restore setting screen. The message was "This Operation will delete all your personal data and reset all settings to manufacture default or press other keys to cancel" at this screen mobile keys are not responding . Then i tried holding "receive" and "end" key and restarted the mobile OS loaded. But the first row two keys and end end call key is not responding and "ok" is like feather touch if i take my finger to near to "ok" key the application get closed. If i restart my mobile it wil hang in manufacture resetting screen. Please help me to slove this problem.
