Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

What do I do to get the game to play?

This game is 12 years old and was designed for Windows XP. I would try running it in compatibility mode to see if that helps. Considering were the crash is though it would seem like the draw calls are looking for a version of DirectX that was never designed to work with whatever OS you got. If compatibility mode does not work, you may need to go as far as to install Windows XP mode (assuming you are running Windows 7) or a second partition with Windows XP on it.

Pc script error.

what OS, XP? we can't help you if you can not at least tell that.fact. the XP is infected,. re-Install XP with SP3.? do that yet (fill in OS name here xxxxxxxxx) XP is dead, and not supported and will re-infect fast. no game stated, (online offline, what>?) a web only game? surely we cant guess 10,000 games here. endless. the best answer is install windows 7 every day you use XP online , it will get more easily infected (read the world news ,see that ransom deal) xp is dead. NOW. NEWS FLASH VISTA WENT DEAD THIS YEAR.

You might have got the disk key.You can get the disk key in the folder of the game or where it has been installed. There may be a folder named "readme" or "serial" or "crack" there you may get it.If not then go to the shop from where you bought the game

Also check on the box of the game

Please rate me if this solution works for you

Thanks......Have a great time

Scooby Doo Case File #1 The glowing bug man - Reinstall problem

I expect youre running Vista or Windows 7. Exact same problem here.
The only way round this is to play the game on a PC running XP.
Even using VMWare virtual machines doesnt work ( the game runs, but is windowed and the cutscenes only display a plain green screen )

So, unfortunately, you`ll have to wipe your PC and install XP or make it dual boot with Vista AND XP - a large task for one small game.
I doubt the programmers will release a fix as the game is over 5 years old now.

Themes & motherboard

REGARDING gaming , the only important thing for a motherboard is the amount of processor cache 1mb would be great, I've heard of some m/b with 4mb cache (should boost a lot) but manly the amount of video ram is important to play smoothly
I hope it enlight.
