Some of the letters in printed copy come out uneven

This problem may be caused by several reasons. Bad nozzle pattern, dirty film encoder, etc. Sometimes, perform printhead alignment may solve the problem or else you can set print or copy quality to HIGH.
Simply try to align the printhead or/and set print or copy quality to HIGH.

When trying to copy a CD, I get the following error message: Warning - Bad Master Disc!

I assume it means just what it says. The Disc you are trying to copy is faulty?
Clarify what you are trying to copy. If it is copy protected, A duplicator wont copy it. Or the disc was made in a format incompatible with the master drive you are using. Ive had drives read some discs and another drive that cant read the same disc. Some brands of discs work better on certain drives. Try to use top quality reccomended discs such as Verbatim.

Fax transmission quality and copy quality are low

Hi alicia302,

It could quite possibly be the speed and quality of your internet connection. Incoming packets come in at a different frequency than outgoing data packets. As for the copying resolution be sure to check the units setup config. Set it to it's highest available resolution i.e. normal, high etc.. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling printer and software and be meticulous in your steps. I hope this helped a little, if not, hit me back, we have other options i.e. lens and light align meant.

Thanks for using FixYa.com
