when i have installed my software cd for this product a message bar comes up saying bad icon and the bar keeps popping up and will not go away. Now my computer keeps closing down and the report says there is a problem with hp then some numbers Hp Deskjet F2100
Printer was working fine untill I inserted a new HP22 colour cartridge. Now the printer won't even turn on. Everything is connected. I don't now how to fix the problem. Please help me. Thanks

- i purchased my f2100 all in one in around jan of this yr. it worked great until the summer i came on my computer one morning to find tha t it was totaly wiped off and now i keep trying to down load it again but it keeps saying i am haveing errors with my drivers....

help me- jr3636

ok..remove all printer software first

go to www.hp.com and get fresh drivers for your model and operating system

then reinstall it..
