Check in Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Manager, Disk Management to see if it is there. If so then assign a drive letter. If not visible then contact a recovery specialist www.data365.com.au

I can't get the laptop to turn on.

The likelihood of a bad battery and power supply at same time is very, very small. Something is seriously wrong with your motherboard - not a good thing sorry to say.

Nc6000 multibay battery does not recharge

Perhaps remove the multi-bay battery, and let main battery charge all the way. Then reattach multi-bay battery, and see if it's recognized.
(Will charge)

That is AC adapter (Charger) removed, then remove multi-bay battery.
Plug AC adapter back into laptop, THEN plug AC adapter into power.

[You do Not want to unplug an AC adapter from a laptop, with the AC adapter plugged into power. Could be a power surge/voltage spike. Unplug AC adapter from power, when plugging into laptop, or unplugging from laptop ]

Main battery charged, unplug power to AC adapter, unplug AC adapter from laptop. Plug multi-bay battery in, then AC adapter.
(Then plug AC adapter into power)

Post back in a Comment.

Hp compaq 7620s wont start ( constant blinking blue light )

The adapter output appears correct, the batteries often work in that voltage range. But the problem you have is the motherboard, the HP line has constant trouble with the main board, only option is board replacement.

The hand will not show on the screen Have tried the 2 suggestions advised

usually there are two reasons for this
-1- the wiimote has not been synced, if the blue leds keep blinking you need to sync if one of them lights continuously that's not the issue.

-2- the led bar can not be seen by the wiimote due to the following reasons.
- obstructions between the led bar and wiimote
- the led bar connector is not plugged in the wii
- the led bar is defective

Windows Vista freezes while loading up& Blue Vertical Bars appear

Hi

Reflashing the bios doesn't make any difference.

Check in the BIOS Screen whether notebook scree has the same issue if it is the same then it is a hardware issue if it is fine in the bios screen then need to run the hdd and memory test

After the test result we can decide next steps

> If hdd and memory test passes - then reload the os.

To login to bios - Reboot the system and keep tap on f10
