Question about Thomson Audio Players & Recorders

Open Question

Goodmorning, Recently I have bought a Thomson WHP 3569D, its a double headphone wireless, last week my grandson of only 3 years got hold of the unit with the antenna, unfortunatly for me ever since it does not work anymore. I have tried in Holland but noboday can help me, so actually it looks like I have to throw away the two headphones. I wonder if you can help me out, all I need is the unit that sends the signal, of course I am willing to pay for it. Looking for your answer by return Kind regards Tony Herweijer Plein 2000 nr. 79 1271Km the Netherlands awp64@live.nl

SOURCE: Setup Bluetooth Wireless headphones

Each brand has it's own peculiarities and you did not specify the brand. I would suggest turning off the headphones, resetting the transmitter (turn off and on again for separate devices) and then pressing and holding the 'on' switch for 15 seconds or so. You may see (in some models) a light start to blink blue then red and back. This should indicate that the receiver (headphone) is trying to find a transmitter to pair with. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: headphones quit working.

I'm guessing no because RCA doesn't even sell this product anymore. Btw, I don't have a wire on my headset and it's the same model.

I to broke mine and couldnt find a replacement part anywhere! called xbox and every game store and no one sells them. What i did was go on Ebay and bought a Broken AS IS Headset for $8 and took the earpiece from that and put it on my working earpiece. Thats the only way to get a replacement part trust me!

How do I get my Slick HP 921 Wireless headphones to work

  • Goodmorning, I received Slick HP921 Wireless Headphones yesterday I have perfectly utilized them yesterday but today I have no communication between the wireless transmitter and the wireless headphones without changing anything since yesterday.
The wireless transmitter is turned on but it's not trasmitting. The headphones work perfectly with fm mode and also when i connected the single green plug with other devices ( pc, phone ).
The problem should be in the wireless transmitter.
What I have to do ?

My turtle beach x4 headphones make a loud screeching noise whenever I turn them on. They have worked perfectly fine for about a year, and all of a sudden this happens.

I'm assuming you changed the batteries? If so, it sounds like the unit is broken. If you purchased it within the last year and have a receipt, contact our customer service department for a warranty repair.
