What phone you have?

probable solution:
- empty your stock browser's cache, history and cookies
- disable all background application, close all open apps
- if that doesn't work, try reset to manufacturer's setting according to your gadget's manual

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

You need to dump the memory. Delete all files that are no longer needed. This would be internet browser history and the internet cache as well as all call info and messages you have saved or are in the record.

Good Day Fridaerkeeg!

If you are prompting to reset your password everytime you log-in, you can resort to sending the security code to your e-mail instead of your mobile phone.

Go to https://www.facebook.com/recover.php (click this link). When the "Identify Your Account" page appears, enter your full e-mail address before clicking the Search button. This is your first step in renewing your password.

You can refer from the link below on how to get the security code to renew your Facebook password to regain access with your Facebook account.

When trying to change my relationship status on facebook it reads : "Something went wrong, we are working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." any solutions??

Hi, If you are getting the error everytime you try to change your status, you might need to reset your browser to factory settings. For IE, you have to go to tools > Internet options > Advanced > clcik on the RESET button and then try to change it again. If it is still not changing, try to check the settings of your security program on the computer. it might be blocking your access to facebook in some way.
Thank you for using Fixya. your recommendation is highly appreciated for the free support.

You will need uninstall the facebook app then reinstall it.. make sure before doing this that no other internet application you use no matter if it is another social network or websites.. if this is only app having the issue then it is likely corrupt and needs to be reinstalled.

I've seen a few other people posting this problem, which is actually a good thing because it means it's probably facebook's problem, not yours. Make sure you are running the most current version of your web browser, and just wait it out!

I have two facebook accounts and i usually use FACEBOOK ZERO by suncellular to open them and check on my accounts. but when i open my first account and go to my "messages", i can view it and...

This error might have come because of using two accounts from same phone number. A phone number can be used for only one account in Facebook Zero. Your number might have been registered first to your first account. So using two accounts in Facebook Zero from same phone number might've caused this error. You can use two accounts from facebook mobile from your phone, but not from Facebook Zero.

Good Luck !!

actually, you can't use 0.facebook without credit. Even though it's free, you need credit on your account, probably to verify that your phone is active.

Hi Jason, OK whats wrong is that you need to install an SD memory card suggest 2GB, or if installed, then, just set the memory to the SD card, so that any files stored etc, are stored ON the CD card and NOT the phones internal memory or SIM.
