we need to change the power options from control pannel and change the sleep options to never and then restart the laptop

check to see if the fan is working, and also whether it needs to be cleaned. it sounds like thermal shutdown (in other words it's getting to hot)

On this CD there are quite a few toolsthat you can use to test your RAM, CPU, Hard Drive, etc.. for problems.Just boot up with this CD and select the corresponding testing programto use. Test each component until you find the component causing the issue.

Cause it seems something is overheating.. Probably the CPU.
