Check that the water hose is correctly attached and is free of "kinks" or pinching. Also check that the water supply is turned on all of the way.

Thanks, but it is filling up the sump basin just fine, but then gets the code error 201, so it never makes it to the wash cycle. Do you think that the water level float is failing? Is there even a water level float in this machine? Do you have an electrical schematic that I could download?

I think Off the top of my head it's at the front left or right, circular plastic looking thing you should be able to move it up and down by hand and hear a very slight click. I will check on the schematic.

The problem is with the float switch. I have attached the manual. There is probably something keeping the float from falling back down. Check you sump basin and make sure nothing (including the power cord) is interfering with float.

Error 305 on meiko dv200.2 what does it mean?

Could be a faulty booster level / pressure switch. Do you hear the air gap cup filling in the back? Could be a faulty fill solenoid (aqua stop hose with solenoid at water inlet.)

Water keeps overflowing over the ice making coils

Do you mean that it is overflowing the sump tray into the bin? If so there are two things to check. First make sure the unit is level. Second their is a simple water float valve much like an old toilet float that keeps the sump full. Turn the machine off and make sure that the float will stop the water flow 100% when the sump water level is just over the bottom of the water pump impeller. If the float will not stop the water flow either the water pressure is too high or the float valve is bad and has to be replaced. In general water pressure should be between 20-40 psi.

Flotec website shows several submersible sump pumps, and pump types:
http://www.flotecpump.com/asp/productapplication.asp?AId=28

Click product, then click on 'parts and literature' to access manual
Here is a Flotec manual:
http://www.flotecpump.com/pdf/FP525%2811-1-06%29.PDF

Manual for this type of sump pump says:
Quote from manual: Automatic float switch is sealed and factory adjusted for
most home sumps. Turn-on water level is 10" - 12" above
pump base. Turn-off water level is 4" - 6".

The manual also says that running the pump when dry will ruin the seals.
This implies that the water level setting is set so the seals will not be damaged

You might be able to dig the sump deeper, but I don't know if that meets your objective.
