Freezing and rebooting

I just got a chocolate. Out of no where it starts freezing, rebooting, and sometimes staying on a white screen. Love my phone. First good phone i've ever had. HELP!

Go to your local service provider store and show them the problem. It is probably covered by warranty.

the Lg phones have a mean bug goin around in them call up C.C and ask if u can get a replacement ill stay far away from Lg or when you get one update as fast as you can

LG chocolate flip freezing issue.


you could have a problem with your phone that needs repair or it could just be a bad battery.
I wowuld take it back to the provider or wherever you got it an tell them you want another phone, if they refuse ask if you can at least have a new battery.
Try the new battery and see if it corrects the problem.

unfortunately, this is the chocolate's white screen of death. there's really nothing you can do to fix it.

White screen!!


my lg's camera started to turn my phone off, i do tech work for a wireless company and when i was trouble shooting my own phone as a test i went to my camera and my screen went blank! i tryed every thing, but the master reset. because my screen is blank i need to know the number i will have to enter to get it reset from the key pad.

Seems to be a internal phone problem. Your phone is booting into the telus bootloader. Take it to the telus store and they will replace it

You have the classic 'white screen of Death' Take it to your service provider. This is a manufactures defect!

Problem


Note: On the inside of your battery housing there are two color sensors. They look like red and white stickers, however they detect moisture. If they are totally red your hosed and Verizon will not preform any work on the phone. There is one on the battery and one on the phone battery housing. Be careful not to get them wet. If they are not red totally. Contact Verizon or your warranty company to get the phone replaced. Or use the new every two to upgrade and get a phone that is not named aptly after your favorite snack. I love chocolate but the phone sucks I own one and if you hold real chocolate to your ear you ... well you can figure out the rest. By the way one of my tech head friends told me not to get this phone but I did not listen. And boy am I sorry.

Freezes and displays white screen when starting


hardware fault ..90% chance at pcb level or short circut at the lcd flex cable? needs troubleshooting.

try a firmware update just to check if this is happening due to corrupted software. I dont thing so but there is a small chance..

hav your phone serviced. that has an issue internal. they might have to replace some chips for that. youve checked the battery and still does the same thing.
