Question about HP COLOR LASERJET CP 3505 N PRINTER
50.1 means that the fuser temperature is not reaching operating temp. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response Thanks, Joe
50.1 is a common error, majority of the time the fuser is not bad. This problem is solved numerous times by replacing the entire LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply). But it could also mean that the fuser is bad.
Try this first:
you can fix the LV Power supply if you have a soldering iron. The solder connections open from heat. Just go around and hit all the suspicious looking ones, mostly the ones that have larger pins. They are the ones that carry the current to the fuser.
If that fails, then it is the fuser.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response
