Question about Washing Machines
Turn off and remove both water lines on the back of your wash. Where the hot and cold lines attach to the back of the washer(2 threaded fittings, generally 1 blue and 1 gray). Inside the blue and grey fittings you should find a screen, They are designed to stem the flow of debris from entering in your water lines from your water source. If debris were to pass through to the fill valve it would clog and possibly damage the fill valve
