Happened to me before and I know how frustrating it is! Your memory card probably got corrupted. Since you already tried it on computer and cellphones and it still can't be read. That usually happens when you remove it "unsafely" or sometimes it just happens.
Format your SD card then get a file recovery program. There are free programs like this:
But I have to tell you it is not 100% sure, but it is worth to try! I have done it before and it worked.
