Question about Computers & Internet
Welcome to FixYa! If 192.168.0.1 is not working, you could try getting the ip address of your modem by using ipconfig. Click the start menu or start button, look for the word run(if you can't find run, go to all programs then click accessories and then click run) and click it. A black box will come out, type inside the box the word "ipconfig" then press enter. Look for the ethernet connection and underneath it you should see ipv4 address. That is the ip address of your modem and that is the one you could type on internet explorer. Hope this helps! Thank you for using FixYa!

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
