Question about Boating
This sounds like normal "unburnt" fuel oil mix draining of the inner surface of the exhaust.It usually comes right out of the exhaust by the propeller.
You can check the lower for water contamination by removing the lower drain plug (and only) and see what comes out. If it looks like milky stuff, you are due for a re-seal job.
If still in doubt, you can have a mechanic with a pressure tester put 15# (and only) to it and see if it bleeds down.
