Question about Kenmore Ovens
If there is still power to the unit it is most likely the lock motor that is bad...if you have no power than you may have the thermo fuse on the back of oven tripped or blown...

You can set the unit on self cleaning and then after 15
minutes stop the cycle, let it cool down for an hour and then open the door. If
the issue remains then you'll have to replace the door lock assembly, then you
can open the door with a coat hanger by pulling the latch towards you. Hope
