First of all, make sure is OFF, then use a solution of 50/50 water and "Windex" or similar degreaser in a container. Damp a soft cloth and proceed to do the clean up. Make sure no liquid gets inside the TV!, as mentioned it is always recommended to dilute any degrease, as otherwise you could ruin the plastic parts.
