SOURCE: Require Manual for Ryobi PTL 2543 25cc line trimmer

Or sometimes you unscrew a retaining bolt set into a plastic "lug", the spool drops out, refill t with line, replace it putting line through holes in the spool casing, refit the "lug" and tighten it again. I think I have the manual for this though and if so maybe I can send you a link to images on MSN Homepage to help you..

SOURCE: try to replace fuel line craftman weedwacker

You will need to get some TYGON fuel line. Match it up to the size of each fuel line, some of these trimmer use two different size lines, and remember which size went on which connection. You will want about a foot of each. Cut one end of each line at a 60 degree angle. With a pair of needle nose pliers, feed the angled end of the fuel line into the hole going into the tank and feed it into the tank untill you can see at the tank fill. You cut the angled end off and put your filter on the line. Pull it back until the filter lays at the bottom of the tank. Hook this line up to the supply side of carburetor. Take the other line and put it in the tank about 1" or 2"
then cut it off to fit on the carburetor. HTH
Good Day.

SOURCE: craftman trimmers has two gas lines wich one goes to the primmer the one with the filter or the thine one

hello sir, routing fuel line for craftsman, homelite, ryobi, hedge and line trimmers, fuel tank under engine, looking at machine from rear, shall fuel line on left with filter attached goes to bottom port of carb, fuel line from right side coming out of tank with inside tip attached goes to bottom port of primmer bulb, top line on primmer bulb goes to top port of carb, fuel tank under engine, fuel line routing, looking at machine from left side, left fuel line coming out of tank(drain back only) goes to right side small port of primmer bulb, left side larger fuel line from primmer bulb to top port of carb, fuel line coming out of tank (larger line) on the right side with filter attached goes to bottom port of carb, when replacing fuel line it is very important to use the same ID and OD line the homelite takes a special line that is black in color and a bigger size, the bigger line is ID .08-OD140 small line ID3/32 X 3/16.when the lines dissolve small pieces will get in the carb clogging small passages and screen,it is advisable that you clean out carb, and use a new filter.hope this helps, any comments welcome, thank you. if the filter has broken off of the line half way that is where you will run out of fuel, hh

Craftsman weed wacker 316.791940. Is there a service manual for it please?

Question edited for clarity and spelling 'craftman' > 'Craftsman'.
Question moved to a better category.

There is no service manual, the Owner's Manual contains maintenance information.

My craftman week wacker doesn't go off when pressing the on/off stop control

either the switch went bad, got dirty, etc, or the wire came loose that grounds the coil. In an emergency, you can pull the spark plug wire off to kill it if needed, or you can put the choke on to kill it, but you will need to check out that switch and connections. If you can't find a replacement, you can always use a regular toggle or rocker switch in its place.

New carburator doesn't passed fuel

Are you sure that that the replacement is the correct one. Also, why did you have to replace the carburetor . Did you verify that the carburetor was the problem? Did the weedeater run by priming? Did you check the pump and lines? If these methods were tried and did not reveal the problem, then I suggest that you get professional help.
