No. There is not. Even if your phone has that option your service provider has to authorize that feature. Fyi most prepaid providers do not permit tethering.

How do i find my password to tether my samsung phone and tablet using bluetooth

Okay first you pair your tablet and phone together by enabling Bluetooth on both devices and set to visible. You will get a pairing request with a passkey and you just select yes or ok. Then you go into network settings on your phone and select tethering and portable hotspot.. You will choose a password for your connection that you will be sharing with your tablet. Please refer to the following. Hope this helps. How does tethering work?iphone-5-personal-hotspot-web_thumb.jpg Put simply, the process involves enabling the hotspot option on your phone, configuring wireless security with a password to prevent other people piggybacking on your connection, then connecting your tablet to the wireless network just as you would with any hotspot.
You'll have to enter the password the first time you connect, but on subsequent occasions, your tablet should connect automatically. It's the same process if you have a MiFi dongle.
Pitfalls to watch out for One of the potential problems with using your phone as a portable Wi-Fi hotspot is that your tablet will think it's connected to a fixed broadband line, rather than a mobile connection.
This means it could gobble up your limited monthly data allowance very quickly. Whereas your smartphone will avoid downloading app updates and any other large data files on 3G, your tablet could assume that's perfectly fine.
For this reason, either disable automatic updates or downloads. Or keep a close eye on how much data is being used by looking in your phone's settings or via a dedicated app.
On your smartphone, disable the hotspot running when you're not using it as this will prolong battery life.

How do I get my tablet connected to mobile data?

Most cell phones have a built-in wireless hotspot option. On Android, go to Settings, under Wireless and Networks there should an option for Tethering & portable hotspot, setup the hotspot settings first, then turn on the hotspot, and make sure your 3G/4G/etc data is enabled, then have your tablet connect via wireless to your phone's hotspot and you're good to go. Good luck.

I cant connect my i phone 4 to my laptop what can i do !

Unless you're trying to tether your phone to your computer or create a personal hotspot, it won't pair with your computer by bluetooth. File transfer by bluetooth is not supported. So, you can quit trying unless you're trying to tether.

I'm trying to set up my computer so my phone will charge. What do I need to do?

You'll need a USB-to-cell phone cable, commonly called a "tether." Normally tethers are
used to provide internet connectivity via cell phone to the computer (sounds desperate
and terribly slow, but not only is it possible, its better then nothing). Its also useful for
uploading pictures from camera phones to a PC/cloud.

The tether for your phone will have a USB type A port on one end (for the computer)
and a connector on the other end (for the cell phone) that's called a USB "Mini-B" connector (since you phone has a USB Mini-B port).
This cable is very commonly available, since its used for digital cameras (and nice MOTORAZRs).

Here's a link to one manufacturer's "USB Data Cable" for your phone:
http://www.wirelessgalaxy.com/motorola-rival-a455-oem-micro-usb-data-cable.html

I'm not endorsing www.wirelessgalaxy.com, its just that they have a nice photo of your tether.
