SOURCE: MICROWAVE BULB

Hi There!
Most microwave ovens today requires you to remove the cover to replace a lamp. Normally situated next to the Magnetron. Check the inside cavity for tiny holes where the light is suppose to shine through. This will indicate where the lamp is situated. Remember to unplug from mains before opening the unit and try not to touch the High Voltage components. They may still be charged. Good Luck, JUS004

SOURCE: bulb blown in microwave

Yes you can get them. Need to remove it first to find out what type it is. If it does not have a access door you have to remove the cover.

SOURCE: Bulb blown. How do I change it?

Hello there :
first you will need to remove all of the screws off the back edges and the sides next turn over the microwave over and there will be 6 or 8 screws that are on the bottom edges remove them now turn over the microwave and using a flat tip screwdriver look at the seam and you can use the screwdriver to get the cover to start moving towards the back andd then once it is loose it will lift off
Now you will see the bulb towards the fromnt of the microwave simply replace the bulb and test it the microwave if it works reassemble the microwave and you are done ok ?
I hope this is very helpful for you
Best regards Michael

SOURCE: blown fuse 10 amp LG microwave oven model ms2127c

You can get a replacement fuse from almost anywhere ranging from Ebay to an authorised LG repair agent, but please remember a blown fuse can simply be the symptom of a larger problem, so my advice is to buy two, replace it, if it works then you have a spare, but if upon replacing the fuse,it blows again straight away, your microwave may have a more serious problem. PLEASE READ UP ON THE DANGERS OF A HIGH VOLTAGE CAPACITOR AND ALSO HOIW TO DISCHARGE ONE AS THEY CAN HOLD A LETHAL AMOUNT OF CHARGE AND CAN CAUSE FATAL INJUFRIES INCLUDING DEATH.

How do i test if the magnatron is not working on my lg ms3448xrk microwave. i am an electrician

Unplug microwave, remove top, set meter to ohms, unhook one wire from the magnetron, low resistance reading means it is good, open reading or infinity means it is bad. For the final test, put one test lead where the wire was unhooked, now put the other test probe on the magnetron chassis, any resistance reading indicates leakage and the magnetron is bad.

Can't find light globe in MC924JLA LG Microwave

I think you're referring to the bulb which is not working. You have to remove the cover from the microwave to gain access to the bulb. Replacements can usually be found at appliance repair shops or stores and electrical or lighting supply stores.

After changing a blown oven light, the clock works but nothing else turns on, including the fan, light, microwave

This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.

This can often also affect the exhaust fan operation, too. The lights and fan can be inoperable or stuck on too.
