Xbox 360 hey i am jay fix my 3 red ligts problem but now my 360 say something about putting a disc

hey mate, i have the same problem, i know how to solve it.. my xbox just got 3 red rings and seeing where i can help myself. But, what u need to do, is when ur disc tray starts to close when there is a game in there, tap on the top of the xbox where the disc is. Dont tap too hard, just when its not working, try a little harder. If u dont believe me, type it in on youtube. Good luck mate :)

3 red ligts means you will have to phone xbox surport they will help you

this problem is called the three rings of death...it usually means that the processor getting hot and cooling off from normal use has warped the motherboard. THIS IS UNDER WARRANTY SO DONT TRY TO FIX IT OR LET ANYONE ELSE. it is the only problem with the 360 that is under warranty for more than a year...it is warrantied for 3 years....call 1-800-FOR-MY-XBOX and get a new one for free!!!!
