Question about Sony KDL60EX700 60 in. TV
I would like more info, such as what color the light is. Assuming the light is red, it means that service is required. It could be a number of things, but two of the more common include an electrical fault (such as a blown fuse or burned-out power supply)or a programming error (which I'd be leaning toward because of how new the television is).
There is good news and bad news: The bad news is that there is no way of knowing what is wrong until it is opened up and serviced. The good news is that it knows that something is wrong (as opposed to not working and not having a blinking light), so there is a good chance of a successful repair.
Also, the number of times it blinks unfortunately isn't indicative of a specific fault. It would be nice if it were that easy though.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
