SOURCE: Have no wires for a Fusion EN-AT110 Basstube!!!

The best place is to go to any store like halfords or maplin, or a lot cheaper if you wanna wait is ebay, many fusion amps/ active subs need special wiring !!!£80 from them direct only way, or you can go to maplin and get this product: A21GF (power supply extender 24pin) then cut off the three columns you need and the top and bottom of each are the respective 12v positive input remote and earth, cut the wires off half way and twist the top and bottom together, then add the twisted wires to your normal sub cables. make sure you use insulation tape around the naked wires for quality and stop it short curciting

SOURCE: I have brought and wired

The blue remote lead hooks up to your stereo head unit in the dash...when you turn the radio on the remote lead becomes hot(+12V) to turn the amplifier on...without the remote lead the amplifier would stay on all the time and would then drain your battery...the blue lead is a turn on signal sent tot the amp

SOURCE: i have a fusion sub and amp and have no

Hello nicole_murra,

The green wires are for signal input to the included amp and should be connected to a pair of RCA preamp outputs on your head unit. The thin blue wire connects from "remote" on the amp to a switched 12V output on the head unit (usually blue or blue/white). The red wire is for power and goes through the fuse to positive battery. You also need to connect the amp terminal marked "ground" to the metallic chassis of your vehicle, within a distance of about 1/2 meter or less. There's usually a short piece of wire with black insulation included in most amp wiring kits. If your Fusion sub did not come with such a wire, you can use any wire that is the same gauge (or bigger) than the red power wire.

Hope this helps.

My check engine light is on along with a message in the odometer box saying check gas cap. i looked underneath and all hoses seem tight. ive replaced the cap but to no success. whats the best way to check...

You seemed to look everywhere but how about under the hood?what manufacture want to do is seperate
the check engine light from coming on due to a gas cap leak, you have at the gas tank a vent valve and in the engine area a purge valve, the most common problem besides a broken purge solenoid it self or wire and the vent solenoid and wire or canister problem is vacuum to the purge valve, its a small hose that breaks at the connection ,your hood diagram will point it out as a hose to a purge system just look at the hoses connection there is not too many there

EAC FAIL FORD FUSION 03

I have an EAC failure on my wifes 53 reg Fusion 1.4 and it's been off the road for 2 months. An independent check showed fault code P2135, which relates to the throttle body but fitting a body from a healthy Fiesta with the same engine didn't solve the problem. I was advised to check wiring to the body but all seemed OK. Took car to Ford who stated that the car needs an updated body and wiring and the parts are on back order with first delivery not due until Jan 2010! Why the car won't work with replacement original parts is a mystery. I'm very disappointed with Ford. Sorry this doesn't solve the problem but hope it clarifies the situation. Fitting power lead

ive got a clio, and ive fitted subs in other cars, i havent done it on an st before i have to say. normaly there is a small removable 'gromit' (plug) somewhere on the pasengers side right up below the glove box. there should be somewhere where you can thread up the wire to reach the batery. if you cant se anything from the inside try looking from the engine side. if there isnt anywere at all as long as its safe to do so you may have to dril a small hole just big enough for the power cable to go through. its best to run it the oposite side from the remote lead, this will cause less interference from the subs.

cheers, adam
