The four sprockets that the chain is resting on have gone bad. Pull the side cover off so you get access to the belt wrap and the chain itself. In the corners those sprockets need replacing. You will see they are very smooth. The drive chain may have came off so it will not spin the one side, but i doubt that.

First make sure you have not taken out too many links of the chain. Start on one side so you can get it together. Once that one side is on I take a channel lock and grab the other side that needs to get connected and get get it as close as possible the I use a flat head screwdriver and work on it until it connects. Takes a little practice.

Is the thermostat set correctly or is there an issue with the themostat? if the thermostat has gone bad try going to your local electrical shop and see if they can get a new thermostat

For best results use when daytime temperatures are consistently betwenn 60-85 degrees F. Nighttime lows will ideally, be no less than the low 50's.

for your size unit it is probably the max temp --check with the manufacturer if their is a thermostat up grade to boost temp or will you need a different unit

I think if you replace the bushings (#2150150) that will keep the chains from getting stuck on the sprockets. I have to do this 1 or 2 times a year.
