I have an Akai DC6371 digital camera and the card I have in it is a Kodak 128mb SD card. However, the camera will only let me save 4 pics to the SD card. I tried putting a different card in it that's a 256mb (not sure what type exactly) and it read card error. Do I need a specific SD card for this camera??

Hi I can tell that sometime you have to format within computer using external memory card reader, not from camera. It is not recommend switching around one sd card to another camera. It cause card error. If you want to use it, then you have to save pictures somewhere in other storage or computer, and format the one you want to use in computer using external memory card reader. And then one more time format in camera (you have to insert memory card into camera) These method very helpful on like your problem. If not working, then you have either camera defective or memory defective. Thanks and best regard!

Try formatting the SD card with camera. Please take a backup of the SD card to your computer before you format.

Im trying to transfer pics from my sd card in my camera but it wont work. it will show that there is a pics on my camera but not on my sd card. when i put in a 1 gb sd card it will show the pics on there...

The C330 works with SD cards, which max out at 2GB. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card and will not work with the C330. Thus when you put in the 4GB card, the camera completely ignores it.

I have a kodak easy share camera M340 and I can't take any photos since it says Internal memory is full. Help

Buy yourself an SD memory card and transfer your pics to the card. That will clear your internal memory. You can save all your pics that you take from now on in the SD card.

I have the kodak c310 and have tried all the following 128MB 256 MB and 2g none will format and gives file error why?

Your camera is only supporting SD/MMC Cards (up to 1 GB only)

The cards that you currently have might be faulty.
Please try another card.
You might also need to switch the camera over to saving pictures directly onto the SD card.1: Menu, Cam settings, Chose AUTO or SD card option Press OK

Note: If the SD card isn't in the camera or is unreadable the camera will automatically go back to saving you taken pictures on the internal memory.

MEMORY CARD ERROR

Camera is not recognizing any memory card. The issue is with the camera electronics and not the cards.

SD card

wahoo!just been rummaging the internet and i have found that these cameras will only take up to a 1gb memory card!so just get a smaller size card
The camera has 16 MB of internal memory. Memory capacity can be expanded with 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB up to a maximum of 1 GB SD or MMC cards.
