A solution i tried is : erase all information from the device ,take the battery out....make sure the item is not connected to the network in the following 10 minutes, because its going to loose the reserve power,,, then connect the device without a battery on, reformat the device, put it on a default mode, and run the antivirus into the device....but if it doesnt work, the best solution will be the lawyer and the lawsuit.. cause its making people loose there money in big amounts, because its not expensive, and not only one person buys this stufff...imagine that the error 41 is in a million of devices, it will make nextar corp.. more wealthy.....

I have a LAZER mp3 player 512 MG.. When I want to play any song ,it plays it for about 5 sec then the screen seems so unclear, then it says Error ( )41. I have tried to format it so many times and I also made my antivirus NOD32 to see it .. but no change .. and when I bought it, there wasn't any CD with it .. So please anyone knows how to fix this?

Anko directory error when plugging into my computer

Microsoft error management for error 47 says

When the "safely remove hardware" icon is in the status bar (the by time) disconnet the mp3 player. After a few seconds connect it again. Then reboot the computer system. You will then be able to see the contents of the mp3 payer.

I tried and it works. Also it means the player could be removed without clicking on"safely remove hardware".
