How do i fix my copier konica code f-35-3

Power off the machine. Then holding down the 2 and the 5. Power on the machine. When the screen comes on your in Mode 25. Locate soft switch. In the first box you will put a 3, second box put 1, change the third box from 1 to 0. Then power off. Power on if the code comes back your fusing unit (The Hot Part has issues) Do not reset again your resetting the fuser code. The fuser could catch on fire, that would ruin a perfectly good day.

Where is the hard drive

check the following link, maybe it will help you:

Usually, the hard disks are located where all the boards are, due to the fact that hdd needs to be connected with this boards and if the wires are longer, interferences might appear.

I just ask my copier to try to enlarge past 200%, had really little type on the original. It says "call service" code F-35-1. I work from home and need help to clear out this message. Please...

Fuser error, here is the reset procedure.

Set SW2 (sub power switch) OFF and then back ON, after set to "0" the bit 1 in DIP SW3 in 25 mode. (If you switch power back on without releasing the latch, the error will recur.).

Hope helps.

Sir, i have Konica 7145 machine. i have any 10 mints after F-35-3 error, or some time F-35-9 eroor

Hi the error codes you are getting f-35-9 and f-35-3 are common error codes for this machine
First do not reset the machine using 25 dipswitch 3-1 until you resolve what is wrong
The errors are related to the fuser unit assembly parts f-35-3 is the th1 thermistor f35-9 is also an issue with th1
I can tell you that the thermistors th1 and th2 have been changed a nuber of years ago you will need to replace them both also any other parts in the fuser like the web upper and lower clas adn rollers busings ect there is a fuser kit that you can purchase from konica it comes with all the parts to replace on the fuser unit
when replacing the parts on the fuser unit this must be done by a certified technician only if you are not trained to do this leave it alone
The best option is to replace the fuser unit assembly and have it installed by a certified engineer you will save a lot on labour
Once the new unit or refurb unit is done you will need to switch of machine hold down 2 and 5 at the same time switch on the machine and then go into dipswitch 3-1 and change from 1 to 0

Konica 7145 F-51-2 Error

Code F51-2 at start-up.
Description:
Code F51-2 at start-up.
Solution:
CAUSE: Code F51-2 may be caused by a failed M11 fixing motor. To determine whether or not the motor has failed, use this procedure:
1. Enter the 47 mode (I/O check mode).
2. Input "40".
3. Input multicode "0". If the M11 motor turns, it is good; if it does not turn, the motor has failed.

SOLUTION: Replace the M11 motor (p/n 56AA80072 for 7222/7228/7235 and p/n 56GA73430 for 7145) if it has failed.

hope that help!!!
