Is there power to it? does sound come out of it? if not it could be fried or about to fry. Behringer makes low end products, which tend to break fast. if you dont have any sound or lights chances are its unfixable

If a bass serial number on a Ibanez prestige starts w a "c" is that worse than an a or b stock??Korean made

Ibanez serial number can tell you two things, year of manufacture and factory [or country] of manufacture. with most typical Ibanez serial numbers the first 2 digits will indicate year, or the first digit will indicate the last digit of the year, but there are also some that indicate no year at all. There is no master list to correlate to a model number,This particular style serial number will either be on the neck plate or right into the back of the headstock. It consists of a letter, A - L, followed by a 6 digit number. The letter stands for the month, A for January etc., the first 2 digits will be the year, 76 is 1976, 96 is 1996, the last 4 digits will be the consecutive production number for that months production, 1356 would be the 1356th guitar produced that month. This form of serial numbering is still used today on guitars where the number is impressed into the back of the headstock. A761356 - The 1356th guitar produced in January '76, hope that helps

Maybe try adjusting the MASTER level?

Good Luck

Other settings
Adjusting the master level You can adjust the level of the headphone and the stereo out by turning the MAIN VOLUME knob. The MAIN
VOLUME changes the analog signal level. This will also adjust the entire level of the MPC1000 digitally.
01. Press the [MODE] key and then the [PAD 10] (OTHER).
It switches to the OTHER mode.
02. Press the [F1] (GLOBAL) key.
The GLOBAL page will be displayed.
03. In the Master level field, set the level.
You will set the digital signal level, which will be sent out to the DA converter. The MPC1000 can output up to
32 sounds simultaneously. There is the great difference in the level when you play single sample and play 32
sounds. If you increase the value in the Mater level field, you can increase the entire level of the MPC1000 to
create more powerful sound with less noise. However, if you playback many sounds at the same time, the
level may be overloaded, which may cause distortion. If you decrease the value in the Master level field, you
can prevent distortion when you play many sounds at the same time. However, you cannot have a good
result in respect to the noise or punch of the sound. Set the appropriate value in the Master level field
depending on the application.

How to connect a vocal processor to a peavey6 mixer

Set the voice input level on the voicelive2 by following this guide from the live 2 manual... Step 4: Set Mic Level This step informs VoiceLive 2 how loud you plan to sing with your particular mic. We'll use VoiceLive 2's automatic MIC GAIN feature to quickly set the optimum level. 1. Press and hold the REVERB footswitch 2. If you need to activate phantom power for your condenser mic, adjust the onscreen PHANTOM parameter which will restart the level test 2. Sing for five seconds with peaks that are as loud as you plan to sing 3. Follow the prompts in the display to finalize mic level setting, cancel or redo the procedure During performance, if you see the CLIP indicator light in the HOME screen, you can return to the automatic
MIC GAIN feature to adjust the input level.
When input level is set on the voice live ;
on the mixer set
the gain control to 12 o'clock position and
individual channel volume level to 7 ....raise the master volume
slider to hear mic input at desired level and without feedback

Fender Hot Rod Deluxe has very little sound, stuck and need help! Turn it on and all of tubes light up. Has a horrible muffled sound with volume at 5. Master volume can be put to any level, and it doesn't...

Just because tubes light up does NOT mean they are good or working... While heaters not lit are an indication of failure, teh reverse is not necessarily true.
Time to troubleshoot this... Plug a set of headphones into teh preamp out. See if audio there is clean... it will be low level using headphones and ONLY from one side as the output is mono and your headphones are stereo usually... If audio is clean here and not muffled, then problem is in power amp section else in the early stages of the unit.
Report back the results of this test...

When i turn up the lead knob there is a loud hissing sound

That is indicative of the statistical electronic noise common to amplifiers. It depends how loud it is relative to the program level. If you get no output while this is turned up, then likely the input to that section of the circuit has failed and that will worsen the noise problem. At wide open you can expect to hear some hiss... probably an annoying level if you are close to the unit. This statistical noise is a problem that plagues engineers and part of it is due to the laws of physics... there are some chips that have better noise performance, but none can totally eliminate it... you can't fool mother nature as they say.

It is always important to balance the gain of the inout preamos against the master volume. MOST of the noise is generated at the input preamp area rather than the power amp, so make sure you have adequate master volume set.

When I turn the power off on my amplifier my speakers make a loud noise

This often normal to get a pop as the power goes down. The amplifier goes out of balance as the power drops and it drives current into the speakers. This is a design problem and most amps don't even TRY to avoid it. Very large amps have relays that disconnect the speakers an instant before the power collapses to protect the speakers.

It is an indication of a bad speaker cable providing a short. If it stays lit with no speaker cables plugged in it is an indication that it needs to be serviced.
