I have problems connecting to the internet. When I diagnose with windows it says that my computer is correctly configured but the device or resource (DNS server) isn't responding.

1.Open your network connections, If using windows xp click start/run/Type ncpa.cpl hit ok
windows vista/7 click start/search bar/type ncpa.cpl
2.Right click connection you want to connect to and hit properties.
3.Uncheck ivp6 and click on ipv4 to highlight it and hit properties.
4.Ensure obtain ip address automatically is checked as well as obtain dns server automatically. if not check them both and hit ok.
5.If this does not work open your command prompt. To do that click on start/all programs/accessories right click command prompt and hit run as administrator.
6. Once open write the following commands and hit Enter after
1. netsh int ip reset reset.log
2. netsh int ip delete arpcache
3. netsh winsock reset
4. ipconfig /flushdns
Restart your computer
7. If still unable to work, go to Control Panel/Device Manager/scroll down to network adapters/find your network adapter and see if there is an error shown usually you will see yellow question mark or attention mark. If there is right click on your network adapter and hit update driver. If no error shown right click on your network adapter and hit uninstall. Once uninstalled restart your computer again and your computer should recognize your adapter
8. if still unable to access the internet your will need to refer to your manufactor due to bad network adapter. Hope this helps

Is the Sharp arm205 networkable?

It requires an optional AR-NB2N network box that fits on the back of the machine and plugs into the USB of the copier. It will be obvious and clearly labeled if it is there.

I recently installed my printer onto my computer by the cd given but then it got lost and i dont know where it is, but just a week ago i got a laptop and im trying to install my printer onto my laptop...

If you are using a router or modem on the network then the IP Address of the printer can be found out through the router/modem attached device list. Also, try taking a manual print out from the printer and check if it shows information of the IP address on it.

Will not print windowa

IP addresses can mysteriously change sometimes, usually as a result of some memory corruption, and when there has been a power failure it is not uncommon.

If your printer is getting an IP address from your DHCP server, this can result in a different address being asigned to the printer if it is switched off and then switched back on after a while.

Its much better to used FIXED IP addresses for printers.

You'll find information useful for re-setting the IP address of your printer (to the address it was before).if you follow the link below
