Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I use Vista Home Premium, SP1 (64bit) on my pc with Windows Media Player (ver 11) and my mp3 player is recognized when I plug it into the usb. I can load music using the "drag and drop method, but I used to be able to use the WMP until now. The problem is when I try to use my mp3 player with WMP as the WMP will display a message "Windows Media Player Has Stopped Working" and all I can do is either close the program or find a solution.
I can send a screen shot of the entire message if need be. My daughter has a Sansa c200 and it has the same issue. Please assist.
What you need to do is to uinstall the device completely from the computer..once you have the device remove, open your windows media player click on tools, options, go under privacy, clear the history and caches...and then reinstall the device back...let me know if that doesnt help yo
