Question about Cell Phones
I am going to assume you are using a Windows based PC.
Now I have never come across this problem before but this should help connect more or less anything to a computer.
Switch off your phone and make sure your computer is turned on, then turn your phone back on. Connect your phone to your PC and there should be a message that appears on your mobile phone asking to go into mass storage mode, you want to select yes.
If this doesn't work then you can try other USB ports on your computer or you can open your connection wizard and go through the USB option this should make your computer cycle through all your ports until it sees something.
I hope this helps.
