Good Day, There is a device that can be used to correct your concerns. Symptoms can be correct by EE PROM CORRECTION TOOL:
LSUQ0100. Instructions included. Try calling 1-800-458-6053. It's under $100.00 and takes about 1 hour from start to finish. Good Luck, big IRISH.

I have a green spot in the upper left corner when watching tv . Is there a repair for this problem?

The spots are caused by errors in the eeprom affecting the optical engine data. The fix is easy but it will have to be done by an authorized Panasonic shop. Call your toll free customer line at panasonic to find out, but I'm sure the repair should be covered under warranty regardless of the age of the unit. Thx

There is a software correction tool that is connected to a plug inside the set that may fix this problem. An authorized panasonic service shop should have this device. During the repair the tech is to call Panasonic tech line and indicate that he is removing fuzzy spots and they will give him a number that auth the repair and panasinic I think is paying for it.

Red, green, blue spots rear projection tv

Contact Panasonic to have this corrected. They will pay for it even if it is out of warranty. I contacted a local repair shop first and they wanted $255 to fix it in their shop. I called panasonic and they scheduled the same shop to come to my home and fix it in about 20 minutes. Way to go Panasonic.

Green & red spots

The eeprom on this unit becomes corrupt and Panasonic has a jig that hooks up to the unit and corrects the problem. This problem has an extended warranty and you should call Panasonic and have them refer you to a service center to correct the problem and Panasonic will pay for this.
