Power/standby must be off. Press and hold "Timer/CLK" for 2 seconds. Use the up/down buttons just to the left of the Timer/CLK button to select 24-hr or 12-hr mode, then cycle through hours, minutes. In each case u can use the up/down buttons to set the time.

I need to erase a recorded message on a sony under counter mounted radio...any suggestions

The only way to delete the digital voice memo is to unplug the ICF-CD553RM for over a minute (or have a power failure of a similar length). Crutchfield has the manual on their product details page: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-DNzL3xzLMrU/p_158IC553RM/Sony-ICF-CD553RM.html#details-tab . The direct link to the manual is: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/Manuals/158/158IC553RM.PDF .

I hope this helps.

Sony radio/cd/clock under the cabinet. Lost

On the right side there is a push button switch labeled "Clock". It is springloaded so you have to push it in and hold it for a couple of seconds until the unit beeps and the hour position starts to blink. The volumn up and down buttons will control the changing of the numbers up and down and PM/AM. Pushing the clock button again will change the clock to the minutes position and you cann adjust the numbers up or down just like the hours. Push it one more time will lock-in the new time. Your done.

DTV transition

Hello,

I know what you are asking for but as of yet there are only the converter boxes that are for non-mountable TVs. What you could do is to install the converter box someplace else in the kitchen or wherever you have extra space and run a cable from the box to the TV, and install the antenna on the converter box. I have used this configuration for some people who have under cabinet TVs.

I hope this helps,

Thank you,

My gpx under the cabinet tv comes on, but after a few minutes the sound gets static in it, then I lose the picture, but the sound comes back perfect.

Double check the cabling, loose cable will case such issues, also try a different cable, if neither works, most likely you will need to exchange it.
