Empty Developer on MP1900

Should replace the TYPE 28 DEVELOPER every 60,000 pages.... this is needed to mix with the toner. if you cleaned the toner/ developer mix out of the developer already then it will definatly give you blank pages ..... hopefully this helps.

Code po171 on chevy malibu

The Code 0171 is indicating a lean fuel mix. This is often caused by air venting into the engine from an outside source. This scrambles the fuel mix and the engine management unit will add fuel to compensate.

Since the problem goes away when you use the brakes, the venting of air must be in the brake booster system. Check any tubing going to the brake booster, check valve, or the brake booster itself.

You can try using , while the engine is running, a spray mist of water from an old spray bottle. Use it around the brake booster which attaches to the Master cylinder, the Vacuum lines, and the plastic valve which connects those 2 parts. The engine RPM will change when you find the part that is drawing in the air. Then fix or replace that part.

I have Matrix SoRed SoColor and I am a level 6. I am going to lighten my hair to a level 7. Can I deposit just the SoRed by itself or do I need to buy a SoColor in red level 7 then add in the SoRed or can...

when you're using so red the color you need to use a 20 volume creme miss that one the one so you put one ounce color one ounce developer and then you mix it thoroughly working on your hair from root to ends.can you process at 45 minutes you brant with cool water until the color rinses all the way to cure your hair runs clear then shampoo with professional shampoo and use lukewarm water and you wash your hair the longer your color will last you should only wash your hair 2 to 3 times at the most a week and I am a licensed cosmetologist.

Instead of Bule print DC12 prints Violet

Hi there! The blue color is becoming violet because the Cyan and the Magenta toners are not getting mixed in the proper 100:100 ratio (100% Magenta and 100% Cyan make CMYK Blue). Since the print is violet, the culprit is the Cyan toner. Now, first, get the Cyan Developer Assy checked if there is enough developer in it. If no, get it refilled by a proper tech and manually mix about 50 grams of the Cyan Toner with the developer. Also get the tech to check the trimmer gap on the Developer Assy with a metering gauge. If yes, next check the Cyan dispenser motor located on the backside of the Toner Housing Assy. It is probably broken and not dispensing any toner to the Cyan Developer Assy . Additionally, check for the Cyan Dispenser Auger blockage or jam. It is located under the Cyan Toner Cartridge in the Toner Housing Assy and also check the auger under the Cyan Developer Assy. After sorting these out, you should get proper CMYK blue from the 10th or 12th page once you resume printing.Let me know. Regards

I'm using Goldwell 12BG which says 2+1 on the box. Is the formula 2 oz. of developer/peroxide to1 oz. of toner or is it 2 oz. of toner to 1 oz. of developer/peroxide and should I use 20% or 30%...

Ratio is always developer to color, so a 2:1 is 2 parts developer to 1 part color. Example mixture is 40 ml developer to 20 ml color.

30 vol gives you better control and less damage to your hair. If you have VERY dark hair (level 5/4 or below), you need to pre-lift and then apply the color. It sounds like you're not a trained stylist, so I don't recommend 40 vol as it lifts too fast for most people to get an even application, especially if you're applying it to your own head (since it takes longer to do generally speaking).

You can work in sections to preserve color and get a more even application. Simply mix enough color for one section at at time, apply and process, then rinse ONLY that section with water to stop the chemical process. Repeat on all other sections. Good luck!
