It's not a code. It is telling you have it checked out NOW. Chrysler/dodge did this years ago, But you had to key it on and off several times to flash codes. 10 is not a valid code, even on the old stuff.
The PCM has the answer to that. It is just telling you there is an issue with one or more of the systems it controls. What you have to do is get any codes that are stores to know what the problem is.
Autozones, or maybe other stores, will hook up a code reader and check to see what codes the PCM is telling you.
Or if you're a weekend warrior that works on your own stuff then invest in at least a code reader. Actron is pretty good and start around $75. I have seen code readers/mini scanner (they show live date from the sensors and such) at Harbor Freight for around $60.
Plus some people like to buy tools and its a good excuse to do that!
PUK codeand PIN Code:

I have 98 explorer im getting same codes ive worked on cars all my life I havent replaced anything but my fuel filter so far on the explorer and that wasnt it.I know people tell you to replace all that other stuff,but if you know cars and how the stuff works thats on a car then you can fix anything with out people telling you;you need to buy this and then this and there just fishing when the dont know there as* and whole in the ground.Im going to replace my lower and upper intake seals like he says above.At least theres one more smart one out there and not someone that thinks they know it all like people that work in the parts places and some dealers.
