Clicking or loudingd ticking noise when started and quiets down a little when warm. someone told me it might be a cam chain tensioner but I hope its just need the valves adjusted

I think I would start with the valves. It sounds like they need to be adjusted to eliminate the play on a cold atart up.A worn chain tensioner doesn't care if its hot or cold.Do an oil change on the bike as well, the valves might be hanging up a bit.happy riding

02 GSXR Limits to 4800rpm, drops to idle, when warm not cold.

If you have the stock computer replace the power commander with the stock computer then see if the problem still remains. If it goes you can be sure the problem lies within your commander and it will need to be remapped or replaced...Good luck

Suzuki gsxr 600 06 starting problems

200° is quite warm...
If the engine wont turn over, probabily you have a bad battery, a bad starter or a bad starter relay, or bad connections.

A hot engine has more compression. If the full battery power doesn't reach the starter it won't turn over...
