Question about Canon Camera Flashes
I disabled custom function 1 and 12 in the flash. the battery shows that it is powering the flash, but the flash does not seem to be powered by theQuantum turbo compact external battery. Do I have to change the mode ETTL in the camera to multi or Manual? If I turn off the external battery I am giving the same recycle time. I think the problem is with the flash. Please help. Big wedding shoot tomorrow, was hoping to use the new external battery to follow my flash
One of the sensor is broken in your camera.that is why this problem is comming.get it repaired.it would not be too costly.

1/chek the connections
1/set master mode or 2/The 580EX II sync port is INACTIVE when the flash is set to Manual-Master mode as it comes from the factory, unless a Re-Wire Mod is done to allow this port to be active. an u might need to use one of those in case click here 100% reliable. follow me rate me..^^
