Question about Computers & Internet
It seems that there is a virus infection in the computer.
Please remove the connectors at the computer and the Router as well and replace it.
Please check the Internet connection using a different browser.
Please reset the Internet Explorer and check the issue.
Run ccleaner application to tuneup, this will remove all unwanted files like temporary files and other unused files and run registry cleaner.
This should resolve the issue.
If problem persists, please check if you can connect to the Internet using different computer.
