Check first your ink level.. If it i ok,
Test it first for the Nozzle Check..
Go to Setup->Maintenance->Nozzle Check
it will test if the printer nozzle is clean,
check if the lines are complete, if not, clean your printer head
Go to Setup->Maintenance->Head Cleaning
it will automatically clean your printer head nozzles..
then, go for nozzle check..
if the lines are ok, you can now use your printer, but if not, go to head cleaning again, until the lines are ok..
Note: It's not advisable if you repeat the head cleaning for 7+ times.. it will damage your whole printer..
