Question about Samsung Refrigerators
The fridge temperature is too low, it shouldn't be set lower than +4 - maybe this is causing the processor in the control mainboard to lock out because it's trying to reach temperatures the fridge wasn't designed for. But it might also be a failed power relay: when the relay is disconnected it flames and the power surge this generates overstresses the processor and it locks up.
To find out you must check the control board and the relay - most likely you will gonna have to replace the relay
