Question about NorStar M7324 Telephone
I don't really have a solution per say but I have some advice. Whenever I have phone system problems (ours is Toshiba) I post on the forums at Sundance Communications http://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/ultimatebb.php The folks there are extremely knowledgeable and always offer good and quick advice. Hope this helps.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

In order to record an alternate greeting, you sign into your voicemail. Select Admin, Select Greet, Select Choose (and select which greeting you would like to use eg..Prime or Alt) Once you select the greeting. The voicemail is set to use that greeting. To record that greeting, go back into Admin, Select Greet, Select Rec, and record and save your greeting.

The following is the advice we've gotten. We've tried this many times but it still defaults to the primary greeting even if we choose alternate greeting on. We are able to follow all the steps all the way except for the very end, step #12. We can't do because the phone does not give us an option to "Accept msgs: Y or N"--this message never appears. Maybe the advice was for a different model phone? Our phone model is M7324.
