Question about eBay Auctions
I have had a personal problem with this many times in my auctions. I run a successful company that specializes in auctioning. With my personal experience I would just refund the item. Ive had the same things happen to me many times, and to avoid all the long, often drawn out process that is dealing with someone on the internet, I chose to end it quick. You also get out of any negative feedback by doing this. Make sure you only agree to a refund as "on return of item as sent" only. Good Luck!
