Question about Computers & Internet
Windows will rarely find the correct device driver downloads for specific hardware. http://www.driverstorer.com/drivers is a good place to start. Since it seems you don't know what audio device you have, I would download and use Speccy, also found on driverstorer, to find the exact model number of your audio deivce, then proceed to find the correct device driver downloads.

> other device - multimedia audio controller
This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your sound-card.
> other device video controller(VGA compatible)
This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your video-card.
In both cases, access: http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com
and do a "custom" search for updated device-drivers.
When the search completes, click the "Optional Hardware" updates, to see if Windows Update is offering device-drivers for your hardware.
Or, access the web-site for the manufacturer of your motherboard,
and do a search, based on the model-number of the motherboard,
and based on the Operating System (XP? Vista? 7?) that you have installed,
to see if that web-site is offering device-drivers for your environment.

is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the
following names in the right hand column.
If any of the above keys shown in step

After deleting the keys, close the registry editor
Reboot your computer
Open My Computer and check to see if your CD or DVD drives have returned. You may also want to open Device Manager and verify that the yellow exclamation and error code on the CD or DVD drive is gone.
Hope this helps
