Question about Nokia Cell Phones
It could be because of in-correct Message Center settings or because of low signal strength.
Try checking that up before resetting your phone.
Take the sim out, use another network's sim and see if the problem persists.
If it is still there go to the Settings > Restore Factory Default Settings.
