What kind of cable are you using from vcr to tv? is it coaxial cable or are you using RCA's? if Rca's you will have a yellow and a red/white or red/black even a single...anyways u said the video was good...check to make sure the rcas are all hooked up then you can make sure that the volume on both tv and vcr are up.

I cant hear my ringtone on my blackberry curve

Okay I had the same problem, if you have a Blackberry 8100, go to media, video files, and play a video...if you have no sound tap the top button once quickly (it's the silver buttonon top which has a speaker icon on it with a line go through it,if you still hear no sound use the volume keys on the sound
and you should hear the video playing, which in turn will turn on all you volumes for you phone to ring
etc.

Cant hear sound when playing any video in you tube.what shal i do

To make sure that you hear sound while watching videos, please try the following:
  • Adjust the volume control on your computer and speakers.
  • Adjust the volume control located in the lower right corner of the You Tube Video Player.
  • Ensure that the volume is up on other video players, such as Quick time, Real Player, or Windows Media player, as this might affect the video player sound.
  • Try shutting down your computer and then restarting it again.
  • Videos on You Tube are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you've installed. Learn how to install the most recent version of Adobe Flash plater here.

The sound isnt working on the Videos when I play them Back

Try to play the file from a pc, if u happen to hear the sound then it is confirmed that either ur volume is mute in the camera or ur speaker is dead. But if u dont hear any sound while playing it on the pc then it is confirmed that ur mic in the camera is dead.

Thankyou

No sound coming from my computer but videos play

Check the volume setting and also check that to mute box has been unticked.
Also to test the audio connect a stereo headphone to the headphone outlet on the laptop to see if you can hear sounds.
If you don't hear any sounds - return it, it will be still under warranty.

Ps2

The ps2 has a sound threshold, which it cannot surpass. Do you hear any volume at all? If you hear NO volume, verify that your audio visual cable is properly seated in both the TV and the console. If you hear some volume, and its just really quiet, try a different TV.
