Sounds like the brushes are almost gone.Do you see a lot of sparks inside, that's where the brushes are located.Unplug the saw and disassemble.I use cardboard to punch the screws in so I don't loose them. This is what bad brush looks like There will be two in your saw.I have a good URL that has parts but I don't know the model numbers. We aren't allowed just give a website unless you ask for it.

Pump will not unload.

Hi if it stop when the trigger is pulled the issue is with the motor.
stopping is caused by , low revs on motor or low compression or poor spark, sometimes faulty carby.
change spark plug , adjust valve ( when valve has some slight side movment it is ok if up and down , it should be tighter (valves usually under side cover near top ) increase revs a little ( make sure revs dont get rough when running high) set max revs to when the engine still runs smoothly at max.

Tips on changing orifice size on AC or heatpump

Tips on changing orifice size on air conditioners and heat pumps.
A smaller orifice will create these changes
1 - Takes more refrigerant charge to get the same superheat
2 - Increases capacity
3 - Decreases Energy Efficiency Ratio
4 - Increases Head pressure
5 - Increases sub cooling
6 - Reduces suction pressure
7 - Increases Watts and Amps

1998 Civic, Cold start, idles fine. When car is warm idle speed increases then decreases over and over again from about 600 rpm to 1100 rpm. once warmed up and driving throttle becomes on-off...

it could be the MAF sensor or the air temp sensor, it could also bet the idle sensor, it would be best to put the engine on an ecu reader to read live data as it would show at what temps the senors are working at some times it may not trigger a fault, but live data will tell you at what temps the sensors are say they are and you should be able to see what one is not working right. i would think it would be Maf sensor when was the last time the air filter was changed. if its really dirty change it and also use some MAF sensor cleaner you can buy it from a range of places and clean the MAF sensor. be careful cleaning it only use the recommended maf cleaner as other chemicals will damage it. remove the sensor from the rubber pipes a spray the cleaner on the the sensor an a bit of paper towel give it a good clean with the spray and leave it to dry before refitting. some people use carb cleaner but would not recommend it.

25 psi is about at 30 degree evap and 200 psi is about an ambient of 100 degrees. These are higher than normal but it is probably due to a "hot box pull down", meaning the conditioned space is hotter than normal due to the compressor not running. Now, the issue seems to be, according to your description, the condenser fan motor. It should not loose any of it's RPM's. If it slows down, the head pressure goes up which increases the "Load" on the compressor and causing it to go out. I would start there.

I have a 20 amp double pole breaker supplying an outlet for my 6 hp air compressor. The motor will start to run but seems it is not getting enough power. I have changed the breaker. Could it be the outlet?

Six horsepower at 110 volts equals about 40 amps draw on the line. The motor porbably starts off alright as the power draw is low, but as the pressure builds up the current draw increases and may be decreasing the voltage to the motor. If you are running 220 volts the amperage is halved but the power draw remains the same. Perhaps you need to reduce the size of your motor and increase the speed reduction. It will draw less power and take a little longer to deliver the same amount of air.

My Generac pressure washer will work great for as long as I hold the trigger. If I release the trigger to move something or change positions and then pull the trigger again the pressure doesn't come...

Sounds like the unloader valve built-in to your system is sticky. Try lowering the pressure of the regulator to lowest setting then re-adjusting. This will place a different pressure /load on the valve. Also when you store your unit, displace the water in the pump with oil so that lubricant will prevent the unloader from sticking. If you continue to have problem, replace the unloader. Good luck

Honda 5HP pressure washer. When you press handle to get pressured water, motor does not rev up to give you high pressure.

Most small pressure washers do not have an automatic throttle control to increase engine speed on demand (activated by trigger on wand). You must set the governor/throttle to about max. to get the rated pressure. A honda motor produces 5 hp when it is turning about 3600 rpm. To increase the life of the pump, use about 80 % of capacity of the pump and increase only for stubborn debris.
