Question about HTC Cell Phones
If you have already tried everything then it is probably the battery which is causing all that problem.
> Take the battery out and see if its connectors are are clean.
> Clean it with a soft dry cloth.
> Clean the insides of the phones where battery is to be placed.
> Put it back again and boot the device up.
If it doesn't help try a new battery and see if the problem remains the same.
Even if that doesn't help I believe you'll have to take your phone to the nearest Sales and Service Center.
