If you have anything you could try the internet on and see if it happens to that machine as well, that will help you narrow it down.
If it does effect the other machine, it's likely your router.
To narrow further whether it's your router or potentially your modem, plug in your computer to a network cable and straight to your modem. See if you have the disconnection issue now that you're not wireless.
If the issue is only isolated to your machine, while you're wireless...it's likely your card.
And....as always, run some virus software to ensure people aren't just making stuff to make your life harder.
