Hi.

Good day. The product and model numbers that identify the components in your notebook are printed on a Service Tag Label . This type of label has been affixed to the bottom of the notebook or under the notebook battery since the year 2000. The following sample shows you how to identify the information on the label. Hope this information helped in answering your questions. Have a great day

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Try reinstalling the device driver found on this page - http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-g7-Notebook-PC-series/5226249/model/5254250/drivers?openCLC=true. It's called "YouCam Software" found under Multimedia Software.

My HP pavilion g7 laptop's screen is gone dark,

If your laptop appears to boot up and the hard disk LEDflashes, then the problem is probably a back light fault. This can be a faultyinverter or a faulty CCFL lamp. Please click on this link and follow myinstructions to identify the fault and possible fix :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r3598095-faulty_laptop_lcd_screen

Where do i register my hp pavilion g7-1070us notebook pc

Verrnon,
You do not have to register the notebook. if at all, then you must talk to the HP toll free helpline and let them know. Why I said there is no need is because you have the hardware, warranty card, operating system (Windows) on a hidden partition of the HDD. The Windows serial number must be written on the back of the laptop. What else do you need? May be you have the Windows on recovery DVDs. That's even better.
