Question about Whirlpool Dryers
Sounds like you have a venting problem,, check for clogs or blockage in the vent pipe,, and also at the exit from the house to be sure the vent cover flows freely and isn't smashed down. check inside this vent to be sure the flap inside of it moves freely and isn't stuck,, Normally when clothes get hot to the touch its caused by the clothes heating up to dry and the moisture isn't allowed to be vented out
